1. Services Overview

Creative Love, LLC provides life coaching services for personal exploration, emotional development, and creative empowerment. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our services are intended for individuals seeking growth, clarity, and self-connection.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms. By using our Services, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching services are for personal development purposes only. Coaching does not substitute for licensed psychological counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health disorders. If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health support, please seek help from a licensed mental health provider.

4. Session Policies

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
  • A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows and late cancellations will be forfeited without a refund.
  • All coaching packages must be used within the time frame specified at purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We do not offer refunds for any coaching sessions or packages once the service is purchased. Please review the program details before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources shared by Creative Love, LLC, including worksheets, digital downloads, session content, and proprietary frameworks, are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without express written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared during coaching sessions is held in confidence and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store personal data.

9. Results Disclaimer

While coaching can be transformative, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Each client’s journey is unique and depends on personal commitment, effort, and circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client who violates these Terms, is disruptive, or engages in behavior deemed unethical, abusive, or inappropriate.
