Meet Cherelle
Licensed clinical social worker and career clarity coach for high-functioning professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what comes next.
I help people get clear when their work no longer feels right
From the outside, many of my clients look like they’re doing fine. They’re capable, responsible, thoughtful, and used to handling a lot. But internally, they’re asking harder questions. Why does this job feel heavier than it used to?
Am I burned out, or have I outgrown this? Do I need rest, better boundaries, or a real career change? Why do I feel so unsure when I worked so hard to get here? That’s where I come in.
I help high-functioning professionals slow down, sort through the noise, and get clear on what’s actually going on, so they can make decisions from clarity instead of exhaustion, fear, or pressure.
My background
I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and that background shapes how I support people.
I bring warmth, depth, honesty, and practical guidance to this work. I understand that career confusion is often not just about a job. It can also involve pressure, fear, identity, burnout, people-pleasing, and the weight of trying to make the “right” decision. My approach helps people get underneath the surface of “I don’t know what’s wrong” and understand what is really driving their stress, doubt, and indecision.
What makes this work different
I do not believe in pushing people into quick answers. This work is not about telling you to quit your job, stay where you are, or make a dramatic move. It is about helping you get honest enough to understand what your situation is actually asking of you.
I work especially well with people who:
• overthink big decisions
• are tired of pushing through
• feel stuck between staying and leaving
• want clarity, but do not want to act impulsively
• need a space to think clearly, feel honestly, and move wisely
Together, we sort out what is fear, what is burnout, what is misalignment, and what needs
real attention.
Who I help
I help high-functioning professionals who are:
• questioning whether their work still fits
• overwhelmed and mentally tired
• afraid of making the wrong move
• stuck in overthinking and self-doubt
• trying to figure out whether they need recovery, boundaries, or change
• ready for practical, emotionally honest clarity
You are allowed to take your uncertainty seriously.
You may not need more advice.
You may need the right space to slow down, think clearly, and understand what is actually going on.
That is the work I do.
