At Creative Love, LLC, we believe in intentional commitment, to your healing, your growth, and your purchases. Because our services and products are thoughtfully created and often customized, all sales are final.

Coaching Services

Due to the personal and time-based nature of coaching, we do not offer refunds for any coaching packages or sessions.

Please note:

  • All coaching services (single sessions, multi-week packages, and digital programs) are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice do not qualify for rescheduling or credit.
  • We encourage you to ensure the service aligns with your needs before booking. Discovery calls are available to help you make the best decision.

Your commitment to this process matters. We show up fully to support you, and we ask that you do the same with clarity and intention.

Merchandise (Apparel, Journals, and Other Physical Products)

Merch items are fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful, and are made to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly make it right.

To request a replacement or refund for damaged items:

  • Contact us at info@creativelovecoaching.co within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product

We will work with Printful to issue a replacement or refund if the issue qualifies.
